Social Media: Cultivate the online presence of brands through digital identity, branded content, community engagement, and influencer outreach.

Digital Activation: Customize digital campaigns for brands.

Performance: Manage and optimize advertising campaigns by scheduling ads, performing audience segmentation, and conducting campaign performance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing, targeting strategies, and media spend optimization. Ensure alignment with brand goals and drive measurable results through data-driven strategies.

You will integrate into Bungalow Factory, the dedicated unit focused on social media, monitoring trends, and devising engagement strategies. This includes editorial planning, content creation, community management, social listening, influencer partnerships, and content amplification. You will collaborate with brands on integrated campaigns and conversations, spanning creative concept development to in-house production, encompassing online, offline, influencer, retail, and street marketing strategies.

Position Summary:

To augment our expanding Social Media team, we are seeking both a full-time Social Media Executive and a part-time Social Media Executive. Both roles will have a six-month probation period. In these roles, you will support social media and community management efforts for international accounts, working closely with sales and creative departments.

We are also offering a six-month internship from November 2024 to May 2025, with the potential for a full-time or part-time position upon completion.

Job Responsibilities:

1/ Social Media Management:

  • Content scheduling, planning & publishing

  • Visual asset management

  • Moderation & community management

  • Monitoring & interacting with UGC

  • Campaign creation based on audience segmentation

  • Ad scheduling

  • Ad performance and optimization

  • Monthly reporting

2/ Social Media Content:

  • Developing Creative Briefs for Social Media campaigns

  • Copywriting for social media posts

  • Creative brainstorming

  • Benchmark, trend analysis & best practices reports

3/ Email Marketing:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns

  • Writing and editing content for newsletters and promotional emails

  • Monitoring email performance and optimizing campaigns based on results

Required Profile:

  • University student or recent graduate with a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related fields

  • Excellent knowledge of social media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook

  • Fluent in English and Greek (French is a strong plus)

  • Strong writing & grammatical skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and thorough

  • Creative eye & artistic sensibility

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Interest in luxury, fashion, beauty, and art industries is advantageous

  • Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a strong plus
