125 SPACE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MADDOX GALLERY LONDON Bungalow Factory – the social media management and marketing unit of Bungalow 28 – and Bungalow Culture were tasked with executing a comprehensive 360° marketing campaign to introduce Maddox Gallery popping up at 125 Space for 4 months.
The overarching goal was to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic—both to the physical exhibition space and the corresponding digital platforms—while maximizing overall conversions.

The marketing strategy was a threefold and included a teaser phase, followed by accelerate and scale phases. We commenced with building anticipation through exclusive behind-the-scenes content, teaser events, and targeted messaging.
The second phase aimed at amplifying this interest, shifting towards a high-engagement approach. We deployed a variety of digital marketing tactics, including social media campaigns, email marketing, search engine advertising and content writing tailored specifically to art enthusiasts and collectors on The Education Lab, the subscription–based area of the site. In the final phase, we scaled our marketing efforts to maintain momentum and encourage immediate action.
A focused strategy of digital and physical integration was employed to drive conversions. Lead generation became a focal point, driving users from digital platforms into both virtual and physical engagement.
Our strategy included growth-hacking techniques designed to foster natural connections between the exhibited artists and the Maddox Gallery brand. By capitalizing on organic engagement and paid strategies, we were able to nurture a seamless user journey from initial awareness to intent, and finally, to conversion. This holistic approach not only optimized user engagement but also reinforced the connection between the digital touchpoints and the physical experience, ultimately driving increased foot traffic to the exhibition space and significant growth in online engagement.
Throughout the campaign, we achieved a total ad reach of 2,226,128, garnered 13,545,398 impressions, and generated 83,860 link clicks. Lead generation efforts resulted in over 35 qualified leads.
